Diagnostic Imaging

Diagnostic Imaging
With our state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging equipment, and trained Radiologists and Technicians, we have the best tools available to help us diagnose and treat our patients.

Our services include:

  • MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) is one of the safest, simplest and most comfortable imaging techniques available. Radio waves are used in a strong magnetic field and emit radio signals. The signals are computer-processed to form clear images of bone and soft-tissue structures.
  • CT or CAT Scan (Computed Tomography) is a way of looking at internal body parts. The images are produced cross-sectional, like slices of a loaf of bread. A CT Scan provides many details that enhance out doctors' ability to diagnose your condition.
  • Digital Ultrasound is very fast with very little discomfort. It uses high-frequency sound waves to show what is inside your body. Blood vessels, gallbladder, uterus, kidneys, and liver are some of the tissues that will show as the sound waves echo and create an image of the internal organs.
  • Nuclear Imaging uses a amount of a radio-pharmaceutical that attaches to a specific organ, bone or tissue. The images are acquired with a gamma camera and produce pictures that can show the function of the area of interest.
  • Digital Imaging (X-ray) is available for routine diagnostic examinations. Images and reports are computer based and immediately available for discussion and review by healthcare providers, local or remote.
